Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms govern your use of Experiencefront (experiencefront.com), operated by Experiencefront, an Ontario corporation (Toronto, Canada). By using the platform you agree to them. We may update them as the platform evolves; the date above reflects the latest version.

1. What Experiencefront is

Experiencefront is a technology platform that provides marketplace, booking, and payment-facilitation services for independent tour operators, destination management companies, and guides. Experiences are supplied and operated by those independent hosts, who are responsible for delivering them; Experiencefront facilitates booking and payment on their behalf. Bookings may be made on the platform and through authorised distribution channels.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Operators are responsible for their account credentials and for the accuracy, legality, and delivery of the experiences they list — including prices, descriptions, availability, and any required licences or insurance.

3. Bookings and payments

The total price, including applicable taxes and any required fees, is shown before payment. Payment is processed through Experiencefront for the benefit of the host via Stripe, with the host as the account holder. A booking is confirmed when payment is accepted and you receive a confirmation.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow each host's policy, shown at checkout before you pay. Your statutory consumer-protection rights still apply and are not waived by a host's policy. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Operator fees

Operators pay a platform fee on bookings and/or a subscription to use the platform, as agreed with us. See Pricing.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the platform to break the law, infringe the rights of others, misrepresent an experience, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, or upload content you don't have the right to share.

7. Content and intellectual property

Hosts own the content they upload and grant Experiencefront a licence to host and display it in order to operate and promote their listings. The Experiencefront name, brand, and software are ours.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or applicable law, or where needed to protect travellers, hosts, or the platform.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Experiences are delivered by independent hosts, not by Experiencefront. The platform is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Experiencefront is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable laws of Canada — subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your province or country that cannot be contracted out of.
